Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities and effectiveness of Peer Support Program(PSP) for building up the evidence of new vocational rehabilitation territory for mentally disabled people.

Methods: From September to December in 2013, pre- and post-evaluation was conducted to the PSP providers, PSP users and mental health practitioners of project-participating mental health agencies. Wilcoxon Matched-Paris Signed-Ranks Test was performed for statistical analysis.

Results: There were no definite statistically significant results, however the subjective responses of PSP providers and users were promising. They reported positive emotional experiences while providing and receiving PSP which could make positive influences for their recovery.

Conclusion: PSP could be a promising strategy to expand vocational rehabilitation territory and also contribute to the recovery of people with mentally disabled.
